What is Physical Preparation

Physical preparation is about teaching and training your body for the present and the future.  This is achieved through a focus on key pillars of movement while integrating rehab with strength and conditioning principles.

Our intent is to get people of all ages and activity levels moving again through the integration of physiotherapy with strength & conditioning principles.  While also sharing the value of strength and teaching health care practitioners how to incorporate it into their practice.

Through my ongoing experience in health care I realized the importance of strength and the value of sharing the research around the numerous benefits of strength training.
